Korvis Automation is committed to developing long-term relationships with our customers; we believe a comprehensive customer service and support function is an essential component to the automation partnership.

    Customer Service and Support Group offerings
    • Skilled, field experienced specialists, technicians, and engineers
    • Support and Service contracts tailored for customer's specific needs. Support and Service contracts often include:
      • Reduced response times to service calls
      • Expanded hours telephone support
      • Enhanced operator and maintenance training
      • Reduced spare parts pricing
    • Support and service for both Korvis and non-Korvis equipment.
    • Support and service for already installed/operational equipment as well as for new equipment yet to be installed.
    • Audits and recommendations for equipment already installed/operational
    • A comprehensive spare parts program including customer or Korvis site spare parts inventory.

Korvis offers three general service plans. Each can be tailored to the specific needs of the program.

    Level 1 – Base level included at no additional cost.
    • Standard warranty includes 6 months on parts
    • Technical telephone support, 12 months, renewable, return call guaranteed within 1 business day. Generally within 2 hours.
    • Field service guaranteed within 2 business days, billed hourly
    • Spare parts program, customer to inventory
    Level 2 – Enhanced base level. Pricing subject to location and specific requirements
    • Standard warranty includes 6 months on parts
    • Technical telephone support, 12 months, renewable, return call guaranteed within 12 hours, 365 days / yr
    • Field service guaranteed within 1 business day, billed hourly
    • Spare parts program, customer to inventory
    Level 3 – Premium level. Purchased in annual increments, includes full support. Pricing subject to location and specific requirements
    • Standard warranty includes 6 months on parts
    • Technical telephone support, 12 months, renewable, return call guaranteed within 8 hours, 365 days / yr.
    • Field service localized, guaranteed within 1 business day, limited only to 40 hrs / week
    • Spare parts program, customer or Korvis to inventory

Field service response times may vary depending on location, specific service agreements may be required. All levels not available in all locations.
